Once a product has been opened or used, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

Once Yuxi receives and inspects the returned product, a refund will be processed within 7–14 business days, based on the official business hours stated on the website.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
For credit card payments, the refund will be credited to the original credit card account.
For bank transfers, the refund will be returned to the original transfer account.
The actual time for the refund to reflect will depend on the bank's processing time.
If the return is due to a product defect or incorrect shipment, Yuxi will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
