These Terms of Service are established to regulate your use of Yuxi and related services.
Please read them carefully before using our services.
By completing registration, placing an order, or using Yuxi services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain the consent of a legal guardian before using Yuxi services.
These Terms apply to all transactions and services conducted through Yuxi, including the website, mobile applications, and official social media channels.
Yuxi complies with the Consumer Protection Act, Personal Data Protection Act, Cosmetic Hygiene and Safety Management Act, and other relevant laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
Members must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration and ensure it is kept up to date.
Each account is for personal use only and may not be transferred, lent, or sold to any third party.
Yuxi shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from improper account management or account theft.
Yuxi reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if a member violates the law or these Terms.
All product information provided by Yuxi, including images, text descriptions, and ingredient listings, is based on actual products and supplier-provided data.
Product images are for illustration purposes only; actual product colors, packaging, or specifications may vary slightly.
In the event of a clear pricing error due to incorrect labeling, Yuxi reserves the right to cancel affected orders.
An order is considered confirmed only when Yuxi's system generates and sends an order confirmation notice.
Yuxi reserves the right to cancel orders and refund payments if there is insufficient stock, payment verification failure, or other reasonable causes.
Once an order is confirmed, the customer cannot arbitrarily change delivery details or cancel the order, except in accordance with our return policy.
Yuxi offers payment via credit cards, mobile payments, and ATM transfers.
Payments must be verified and approved by third-party payment platforms or financial institutions.
Yuxi will issue electronic or physical invoices in compliance with relevant laws.
Delivery areas are limited to those specified on the Yuxi website.
Orders will only be shipped after payment is completed, and delivery times are determined by logistics providers.
Once goods are handed over to the logistics provider, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.
Yuxi shall not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, transportation disruptions).
Yuxi shall not be responsible for any damage or loss occurring during logistics transit.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period starting from the day after receipt of the goods.
However, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Cosmetics, skincare products, or personal hygiene items once opened or used, due to hygiene and safety concerns.
Perishable or short-shelf-life products.
Customized or specially-made products.
Returned items must be unopened and in their original condition, including invoices, free gifts, and complete packaging.
All content on Yuxi, including images, text, logos, designs, and source code, is protected by copyright and related intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Any infringement will be pursued legally.
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities when using Yuxi:
Registering or purchasing with false or stolen information.
Fraud, credit card theft, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
Uploading viruses or malicious code to disrupt website operations.
Infringing upon the rights of Yuxi or third parties.
Yuxi does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Yuxi shall not be held liable for losses caused by force majeure events or actions of third parties.
Customers are responsible for confirming whether they are allergic to any product ingredients. Yuxi is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects.
For international purchases, customers are responsible for any additional taxes, customs duties, or restrictions that may arise under the laws of the destination country.
In case of disputes, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation.
If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the Taipei District Court, governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
Yuxi reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time.
Any changes will be announced on the official website and will take immediate effect upon publication.
Yuxi provides third-party login options such as LINE, Google, and Facebook for member registration and login.
By using third-party login, users must also agree to the terms and policies of the respective third-party services.
When using third-party login, Yuxi will collect only the necessary information within the authorized scope.
Yuxi will only use such data within the required scope to provide services and will not share it with unauthorized third parties.
If a user revokes third-party authorization, Yuxi will stop using the related data, but prior transaction records will remain unaffected.
Yuxi may occasionally offer discounts, reward points, promo codes, or other promotional campaigns, with rules announced on the official website.
Promo codes and discount coupons are valid only within the specified period and will automatically expire after the deadline.
Promo codes or coupons cannot be resold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
Any violations will result in cancellation of the promotion and possible legal action.
In a single order, promotions may not be combined, unless otherwise specified at checkout.
If a product purchased during a promotion is returned, the refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid, and promo codes or coupons used will not be reissued or refunded.
Yuxi reserves the right to modify or terminate promotions at any time without prior notice.
In the event of system errors or obvious pricing mistakes, Yuxi reserves the right to cancel any order or promotion.
